What is this 'partnering program?'

     This is a way that you can help RocketShip Video, and at the same time, help yourself earn credits toward RocketShip merchandise.

How do I earn credits?

          When you join our program, you will be given a link that will allow users to enter our webstore-- this link will indentify your account, and anything purchased by those individuals will earn you a credit equal to 10% of their purchase.  You can even use the same link yourself and earn credit toward future purchases.

     Following a creditable purchase, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of your account's current balance, usually within 24 hours.

How do I redeem credits?

     Simple.  When ordering, just ask that we apply any accrued credits to your order.  Include your user ID and we will revise your total, then notify you by e-mail.

     The e-mail in your order must match the address used when you signed up for our program.

What are the restrictions?

     Distribution of your link is, of course, how you will earn credits.  You can circulate it through your e-mail, your own webpages, or any groups, clubs or contacts you might have.  However, there are limitations that RocketShip Video will require regarding the circulation of your link:

  1. SPAMMING is strictly prohibited.  This includes via e-mail, newsgroup, or other community.  While posts or correspondence with interested parties or groups are recommended, you will have to use your judgement as to whether or not such messages would be appropriate for the forum.  Still, complaints of persistent spamming will result in the cancellation of an account, including any accrued credits.

  2. Credits do not include shipping costs--any costs of shipping your order will still have to be paid, as well as any applicable sales taxes (US state of Missouri only).

  3. Credits accrue on completed orders only.  Backorders or out-of-stock conditions may affect totals. Shipping costs do not accrue toward credits, only actual sales.
